Is Honduras the seed of Hoppe World?


Funny things can happen at sea, and even funnier things may be about to happen in Honduras, which is going to attempt to create some mini-Hong Kongs, to shake off its enduring poverty.

With access to both the Atlantic and Pacific, and situated as it is between the behemoths of North America and South America, it might even work.

Obviously the climate, the lack of natural resources, and a history of hundreds of years of political corruption will have to be overcome first, but let’s wish them the best of British luck.
